The first floor offers high beamed ceilings and Open Plan Living with a contemporary and very stylish fully-fitted Kitchen, a Dining area for up to 8 guests, a working feature fireplace, writing desk and comfortable seating area with Sofa, TV and DVD player. The seating area opens out onto a sunny Balcony terrace with Alfresco Dining area with panoramic lake views! The accommodation provides very comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 couples, with 3 very stylish Double Bedrooms, enjoying breathtaking Lake Views and one enjoying direct access out onto the gardens. Conveniently there are also 3 modern Bathrooms in ‘Villa Savoia’, providing one for each Double Bedroom if required. The very pretty garden features ancient olive trees and stunning lake views as well as a second outdoors Dining area, a set of sun loungers and a selection of children outdoor play toys which can be used and enjoyed by any younger guests. Parking is also provided with the property and a car is highly recommended due to the hillside location of the property. The beautiful lakeside centre of Menaggio with its pretty Piazzas and promenade enjoys a wide variety of local amenities including supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and Boutique Designer shops. There is also charming Park, Mini Golf and the popular ‘Lido di Menaggio’ with its Swimming pools, lake view park, Pizza Restaurant and Lakeside beach. A fast and frequent Car and Passenger Ferry service also operates from the town and runs a service to Bellagio, Menaggio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and Como city. | There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However,all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
